Funded by UK Government
This event is funded by the Department of Education (DfE), Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF).

Join us at our business event at our Cornwall College St Austell campus, where we’ll dedicate an afternoon to exploring the exciting prospects for growth in Cornwall.

Find out how we aim to drive local economic growth and address critical skills shortages through a Department for Education (DfE) fully-funded project, the Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF).

Leveraging these funds, we are investing in state-of-the-art facilities to deliver pioneering new apprenticeships and courses in an effort to bridge the skills gaps.

These have been tailored to the Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIP) led by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly priority areas; including construction, retrofit, manufacturing, engineering and marine industries.

Additionally, gain insight from industry experts on how they are embracing new technologies for a sustainable future and investing in new skills, tailored training and apprenticeships to maximise opportunities for success.
